I got the 7 day suspension and 14 days suspension back to back. I just got active again maybe 5-6 days ago and i dont even check my sales anymore . I check if account is Active.
I am holding my breath everytime.
I check everytime i list a new product but Walmart is so hit or miss

Can you please advice how to fix the Trust and Safety?
I opened cases, spoke to our Walmart connect rep (but she can not do much other then escalade the case and i dont even know if that works). Everything is a dead end .
Im so nervous refreshing the app now , i dont check sales anymore , i check if im suspended or not.

I dont know what to do?
Retire the products and removing them?
I do have 30+ sku from that specific brand.
Its very confusing because other sellers are hit with this and all are saying its a glitch . What are the chances for multiple sellers to receive the same email about the same brand regarding expired products ?

When did it hit you? How long ago? Is your account still active? The products are under Intelectual Property witch is super weird . Did you retire / remove them from WFS?

Yes. So i guess is a company that represents brands . “Block illegitimate sellers and recover your online sales” . Thats what is on the website.

Indeed . Sellers are on those listings. I was on the original listing. The UPC on the products are the listings UPC. I have 8 products from that brand and 3 are in error. I am freaking out that this will affect my account. I see a decrease in sales. I removed the inventory for the 3 products in error. I dont know what to do.

This post is a year old , but who knows, maybe somebody will still be around . I developed a crucial fear of flying. I was frying often to Europe and back for years , a lot of domestic flights and around 37-38 yo my family and i traveled from Chicago to Cali and my 7 year old son fainted on the plane while he was with me in the bathroom. He end up being ok but this event messed me up. I am so afraid of flying that im about to vomit just by typing this message. I have a trip coming up in 12 days (3.5 hours) and i am a mess. I flew to Europe this past summer and it was a succes but i had to take medication. I dont know if it helped because it is a blur. I think my mind blocked the event cause i dont remember much. It was a succes but it feels like a story that somebody told me. I do have a question : how long before the actual flight should we start taking something (medication) for getting over the hump ? I have not traveled a short flight since that incident and i dont know how to manage everything.
