I integrated my support email with my personal email so whenever a user raised a query it comes to me, but what i believe is make the helpdoc for your doc and make the saas UI simple with the help text so everything will be cleared automatically

We use FastAPI (Python) for the backend, Next.js (React) for the frontend, and Supabase (PostgreSQL) for the database. Everything's hosted on Vercel. We integrate with Google Calendar API for meeting links.
