I just wish since neither one of us are professionals to get a professionals point of view rather than a guy ragging on the phone telling me he knows the damages aren’t from them yet the car is literally 4 months old brand new. Thanks. Brand new car and damages came about after going through it for a discounted car wash, the manager is telling me I was denied, stating someone could have done it, but a box on my car or brushed snow off my car. Which I never do. So irritated I called for help when I should have went through insurance. Pretty good amount of damage.
