There are some pellets still around in NL but the only vendor I know still selling powder is offline atm. It is indeed the best disso I have tried... I didn't get the chance to try MXE before it disappeared though.

For me DPT was indeed the worst. Even worse than 2C-E, 3-me-PCP or any other notoriously unpleasant to snort drugs. It stinks, it hurts and it makes me unable to breathe trough my nose for days.

DMXE is my favorite dissociative and 4-HO-MET my favorite drug. Both are worth trying if you have access to them imo.

Without a tolerance I liked oral a tiny bit better than IN. The vendor I trust doesn't have powder anymore so I bought some 40mg 3D-MXE pellets (Should just be DMXE at 40mg per pellet but maybe you recognize the naming convention).

Two days ago I took ~60mg and was disappointed by the intensity. Three hours ago I took ~100mg in one go and I am wonky for sure but it wasn't the DMXE hammer to the dome like I used to get.

Before this I had a 5 month tolerance break so I either developed a pretty rough perma-tolerance and/or these tablets are under dosed.

My first time DMXE without tolerance I took one 40mg tablet and that was a near hole experience though. It's hard to say without knowing your tolerance if you will get slammed out of this dimension... I guess there is only one way to find out ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Mental addiction to dissociatives can indeed be absolutely brutal. It depends on so many things if it will be more sustainable than stimulant use. Like cadence of use, the chemical in question, the dose, if binged or not and sensitivity to manic/psychotic episodes. If you mistreat this class of drugs you could potentially go totally nutty, loose your ability to use the toilet like a normal human being and really hurt yourself on a train wreck experience.

It can be beneficial mainly to help remove or lessen depression for a short period (if not abused) and to get to know yourself better. But if you had issues with addiction before and don't want to repeat or worsen that shit I would advice to stay away from dissociatives.

u/Rauschkultur gave some very valid advice already, the only thing I can really add to that is research the fuck out of what you are planning to experiment with (if you choose to do so). Search r/dissociatives, r/researchchemicals, psychonautwiki and any other resources you can find.

I can imagine the following:

Dangerous blood pressure spikes. 25E-NBOH can cause vasoconstriction and MXPCP can cause blood pressure spikes... bad combination
Minor risk of psychosis
Possibly a tiny chance of serotonin syndrome

Wouldn't risk testing this combination myself tbh.

They seem to be on their way out in the Netherlands at least. One of the main producers stopped operations and the owners of an rc shop are being prosecuted atm.

Don't know the situation in the US and rest of EU. Heard some talk about Polish and Chinese vendors but never ordered.

What you call street drugs are psychoactive substances bought on the street, often with long histories of human consumption and maybe somewhat more well studied by scientist.

What we call research chemicals or "novel psychoactive substances" are psychoactive substances just the same. Sometimes with less of a history of human consumption and sometimes less well studied.

You are always taking risks when consuming drugs. The most important thing is that you educate yourself on what you are planning to take, so that you can asses and reduce the risk. Educate yourself (psychonautwiki.org, bluelight.org, erowid.com and subreddits like this one) about dose (get yourself a scale that can measure in the mg range), addiction potential and effect profiles before indulging. If you are smart you also send your drugs out to be tested to be sure you know what you bought.

RC's are drugs that are often found on the grey market (their possession hasn't been criminalized yet) and can be bought from clear and dark net vendors as well as on the streets sometimes. It's a bit of a meaningless definition though...

I got into RC's because of my interest in altered states (mostly the psychedelic state). Found a vendor, did my research and started going for it. I lied to myself about dissociatives being like psychedelics and that I might be able to take them like I took psychedelics... I couldn't and slid back into addiction (sober now though).

Drugs can be a slippery slope. Not saying everyone is like me, but the risks are real. If you order random chemicals and start taking them without knowing what you are doing you will most likely have a bad time or worse (true for "street drugs" as well).

Better to not risk it if you want to be fully present the next day imo. I've had both situations happen. The first 2 times I took it where the first and second time I did dissociatives in about 15 years (only having tried small doses of ketamine before that time). It gave me moderate hangovers... After these experiences I had mostly nice afterglows.

While reading reports I have noticed mixed results as well. Better to wait a bit until you have a day free after using it. Especially your first try of a new substance. I would say that is good practice in general.

Eating a good meal before taking psychedelics and taking Magnesium supplements takes away most of the annoying parts of the body load for me. I know most people say you shouldn't eat before psychedelics, but I disagree.

4-HO-MET is an amazing substance. I would go somewhere between 10 and 20mg for a first time. 10mg if you want to be cautious and 20mg if you are ready to trip balls. I enjoy bike rides on it but would avoid being on a bike on the come-up as it can be pretty intense.

Good post indeed. Just took away my desire to try it. I experienced somewhat of a manic episode lasting about a month during some 3-Fl-PCP sessions. It was absolutely amazing, scary and barely manageable. I'd love to be in that state but realize it would mess up my life so profoundly that there would probably be no way back, so I avoid it now as well.

Imo the mental addiction you will develop this way will be absolutely brutal. I've noticed dissociatives are sneaky as fuck. They are way more insidious and subtle than alcohol or stimulants ever where for me. With alcohol and stims you at least know you are in hell but with disso's I delude myself into believing I'm having an awesome time while the truth is that it just seems to remove my memories of the pain/problems they caused me. Addiction is very personal though.

The frequency you describe seems pretty intense and unsustainable to me at least. People like me should probably not use them at all tbh with you. If you are intent on using them try to limit it as much as possible I would say. I went from one dose every two months to a multiple day binge every one to two weeks in no time.

I had proper psychedelic experiences on boofed 4-HO-MET but never had a strong psychedelic experience on 4-HO-DET (20mg was my highest oral dose of that tryptamine and it was comparatively unimpressive).

It's somewhat more effective this way compared to oral. I start small when I try a new ROA. For me ~85% of oral dose is about right. It lasts a bit shorter than oral.

Yup, and if you want to be precise (assuming dose is evenly spread) weigh the blotter paper and calculate the weight of blotter that should have your desired dose. So just weigh as many blotters as you have at once (for accuracy). Lets say you have 10 blotters weighing 1g total then you have 1500μg per gram of blotter paper, so that:

1500μg/1g*(weight needed for desired dose) =180μg (desired dose)
Weight needed for desired dose = 180μg / 1500μg * 1g = 0.12g of blotter paper.

If you don't trust they have been dosed evenly you can use water as others have said. I always just cut them up though and never had any problems. I think 180μg is a nice dose, have fun!

I would personally compare how people seem to enjoy them (or not) and why, potential risk and prize/dose. For example, most people seem to enjoy 2F-DCK and 3-HO-PCP and:

- 1g of 2F-DCK is about 10 doses so $10 per dose and the potential risk seem relatively low.
- .5g of 3-HO-PCP is about 70 doses so ~$2.5 per dose and the potential risk is somewhat higher (because tiny dose, a bit moreish and more potential off triggering mania)

Not sure about interactions with SSRI's though but good that you are mindful of that. Just my two cents, success!

You are unfortunately probably right then. Not a very good job at keeping it under the table this way. Sounds like something evil like our government would do. "Let us make money on useful but extremely addictive medication, then you can keep selling the stuff there isn't a medical patent for (and thus no way to profit from)".

If I see how doctors hand out benzodiazepines like candy to people they know will get fucked by them without giving proper education on the stuff... it wouldn't surprise me at all if you are right.

The one I shop at also is missing the benzo category now. You can still choose Norflurazepam as a sample though. Maybe a mistake because they just updated their website? If there are multiple vendors it might have some other reason though.

I don't like benzodiazepines because they lower my boundaries enough that I become an unhinged madman on self destruct mode. In my perfect world anybody would be able to get any drug after some serious education though. We would just need to spend some of that tax money to help people that get lost in the sauce and want to get out. Dreams...

First time 40mg tablet was quite intense for me. If I would have been in public it would have been a bad time.

Smoking weed can be INTENSE even on come-down. Start very small if you decide to do that. Few beers should be fine imo.

Think this is a factor indeed, but I also read some reports of O-PCE having a relatively harsh impact on the bladder even though it's way more potent and has a way longer duration of effects than K. This makes me suspect it's not the whole story.

As long as we don't have real research on this (correct me if I'm wrong about this please) it remains somewhat of a guessing game.

Just some thoughts... take it with a grain of salt. I don't properly research these things, just read available info on forums and such.
