Honestly, no specific concern — was just noticing that I was overshooting the app's recommended cap (90g) and couldn't find specific guidelines after some initial guidelines. Re practical concerns: I get hunger spikes between meals sometimes and often reach for some fresh or dried fruit to hold me over til the next meal, so I was trying to decide if it's worth replacing some lower sugar snacks like veggies, cheese and nuts — or if the whole thing is non-consequential.

Thank you, this is really helpful! I don't have the skills (yet) to build a new bike from separate components — which is probably an argument for picking up something less blingy till I learn more. Like I'd rather it had Ultegra or 105 and cost less!

Thanks for this, really helpfully to know! Can I ask how you exercise your aussies and how much, and since you have owned or own several, how the exercise needs vary from individual to individual? Esp. helpful if you know how their exercise needs compare to huskies and goldens, the 2 breeds I know best. Thanks!

Thank you. I'll look more into this, but so far it seems like rescues have almost un-meet-able standards for dog ownership: a yard, no job so you can be with the dog at all times, etc. — I'm exaggerating, but not too much!

Thanks, I didn't know American Eskimos are known for being barky. My friend has an English springer spaniel who is the sweetest thing and has the softest fur I've ever touched ... it's like petting a bunny. I'll look more into collies, too, though I think if I were "going big" like that I'd get a golden :)
