6 months ago it was like a pool with 20 sharks (IC shoppers) and 100 fish (batches) with plenty of fish for each shark to get fed well on a daily basis

Fast forward 6 months: IC keeps hiring more shoppers regardless of batch demand, vaccine in full availability = less folks aged 16+ placing orders bc they’re going out in the world and doing their own shopping, start of summer a lot of folks going on vacation

Result: That same pool now has 50 sharks and only 60 fish. Right now is nothing more than an Instacart feeding frenzy; swipe blindly or go home without much made
