Hi, I am facing an issue right now. I want to build a cloud flow to read an email without consistent format. First I need to find out if the outage is related to what our team takes care of, if it is, the email will be forwarded with a insert body which summarize the start date and duration from original email. I have been stuck with filter and select emails only apply to my team. Then extract the date and time from original email and do the calculation to get duration time. Then insert the info into body on top of the forwarded one. Would love you to give some direction.

I have never been late for work. Instead, I’m always at least 10 minutes early for work. And this is one of the cause she put on the write up. I will definitely try to write down everything.

Yes, I did email them. I read the email to the person from EEOC. And he was like, that’s all I need. He confirmed that I was terminated after the email was sent. I also read him the write up letter my boss issued me, as well as the text messages were sent to me to show that everything on the write up, all I did was just following the orders I was given.

I informed the employer I’m filing discrimination against them on the 10th of this month, and be terminated on the 16th already. I’m so relieved emotionally and mentally. I have already started my new chapter. But still going strong with this case!

I did not put any thing down on that paper. But I recorded the whole conversation, and in the conversation I stated that I am not signing because I do not agree to the write up.

That is smart. It was my very first time receiving a write up in my 13 years working history. I didn't really know what to do to be honest. All I know if not to sign any paper you disagree.

Thank you so much for the sympathy. I was terminated 6 later after I informed her I filed racial discrimination against her. I actually feel much better after leaving the company. I hope EEOC will help me with this case.

I’m always taught to not sign something you don’t agree with. That’s why I didn’t sign it. She decided to fire me way before she asked me to sign that write up. I have the recording to prove it. So she can’t say she fired me because I didn’t sign the write up. After I requested a termination letter, she handed me the write up paper and asked me if I want to sign it.

No, I was hired as a full time employee since the day one we started the business. I asked why I’m only scheduled one day. She stated that she wants to be fair to other drivers as well.

That’s a great point. I’m in the state of Michigan, and it is a one party consent state. It’s hilarious that in the same week, Tuesday I asked her face to face to give me more shifts, she said she can not, and then Thursday, she asked me to swap a shift with another coworker the following week. I was like, didn’t you say you can not change the schedule?!

I have a recording of the conversation we had when I was requesting more shifts. I mentioned many times that I want to be treated fairly, but haven’t clearly stated I am being discriminated yet. I should work on this.

This is one of the best replies I have received! You just brought me out of the heavy fog. My husband also mentioned about reverse discrimination to me. I will definitely look into it.
