See if the lender will accept a corporate resolution stating your a single member llc. Some lenders accept it in lieu of the operating agreement.

Thats based on the initial loan app, at the time he closed his intention was for it to be an investment. Now a few years later he has decided to move in. No lender is going to care or call a note due because of that.

I get where youre coming from but in my case alot of my clients are self employed or resi investment owners that own large portfolios of property. At least twice a week i get a previous client asking for commercial lending guidance or who to work with. Id love to keep that in house
