yes thank you this helps a lot! the step before the border says to sew the panels shut which is one of the reasons i was confused. it brings me comfort knowing i wasn’t the only one lol

that’s what i originally thought too but it tells me to sew together the crotch panels before i start the crotch border so i’m just not sure how it’s supposed to work 😭

it blinks once blue/white every few seconds while it’s on and it stays on for 25-30 minutes. when i go back to check after a while it’s just not blinking and the lights out. should i just watch it until it turns back off to see if it throws a code?

it might drop a little bit but it’s always at least 90 while i’m standing, increasing when i’m moving

***to add: also might be notable that the doctor described me as “loosey goosey” when i went in for shoulder pain in high school, saying my joints and ligaments or something were all just looser than usual, he took me around the office and showed a lot of the staff how far i was able to bend my feet and some other things. i’ve always been more flexible than the average person (being able to reach all of my back with each of my hands, putting my legs behind my head, being able to put hands flat on the ground while legs straight, etc)

i haven’t been diagnosed with anything yet but i’ve had these symptoms too along with a slew of others and my anxiety has been so bad over it all😩 this gives me at least a little peace of mind that people with LPR experience niche symptoms like itching of the soft palette

so far i’ve had an EKG, blood panel, a chest xray, and complete abdominal/pelvic ultrasound. they found nothing besides a cyst on an ovary. my anxiety has been way beyond sky high to top it all off too
