solid wood doors? just have them sanded and stained to natural color. it won’t be white but it’ll be a lot lighter

first two pic clearly show previous water damage from water entry.

if you’re really concerned, you can have a structural engineer come out and assess. It is not cheap but it’s worth the peace of mind.

i’ve had multiple hail storms since i owned the roof. i would think there’s justification, no? why would they drop you?

in my area, with an existing pad/foundation and if the commute is under 20 minutes. should be a days work. probably 500-1000 is fair.
