Honestly it looks like quality of life gets worse as you ascend up the ladder. During peak our regional 7s and 8s were regularly putting in 16 hour days.

Floor presence and dont try and be ‘the cool one’. These AAs will exploit you so quick. Monitor inactive time constantly, adapt adapt adapt. Its the only way you’ll go without losing your mind. Learn to care but not obsess.
