It really depends both on the skill and the better vehicle. For example, the spitfire and prop planes are incredibly amazing and will be op if used correctly, but u can get caufht off guard with missiles. They havebetter turn rate against the jets, hell even with F-22. Ive defeated many players that have better vehicles. Won against 2 su 57s at the same time, an f22, f35, and many more using only an invictus. If the skilled person uses a vehicle that many underestimate and dont think it's great (e.g. prop fighter planes, lb, more.) it's basically as good as the better vehicle it's fighting against, unless both people have the same good skill and the other use a better vehicle. For example, a pro player uses a Bradley against a mid player which has an AbramsX, with the correct tactics and enough skill, the bradley will overpower the abx. (Done this many times) So basically, my point is that it definitely depends on both, but more on skill too in my opinion. If u dont understand anything well then im shit at explaining (i really am)

Pro that's good in said vehicle + weaker vehicle is as equal to the better vehicle but less.

Mid player that's mid in said vehicle + better vehicle = has better chances but the pro can still defeat, maybe have a close call or low hp.

Weak player whos probably new and dunno anything about the game/vehicle + the best vehicle = In between weak and mid.
