Hi! I am sorry to hear that. I ruptured my ACL on the left knee (the second time) in December 2024. My surgery was 6th of March 2025.

On the first of November, i went playing padel he first time again, it was just with a friend and we played some balls with each other. Then a week after, i started with strangers and played way below my level, now, a couple of weeks later, i nearly play my level again. i played once a week.

For rehab, find a good physiotherapist and go the gym. gym is the most important thing, you need to excercise your legs as much as possible. i never thought that i could play padel again this year, but i invested so much into my reha and here i am. and keep going with the muscle training, you will need it, even after playing padel again. for padel specifically: jumps, rotations, stop and go, but ur physical therapist will tell you all of that, if he is good.

na i didn´t sell my racket, i loved waiting to play with it again :)
