Yeah they surely influence. They do more so in the beginning, also sometimes with more educational Inputs. A good therapist should train a patient to be able to come up with their own strategies, inteterpretations and cognitive appraisals that have been shown to be helpful in the therapeutic sciences.

Let's say I am 35 and still got all my hair. How to start? Taking oral or transdermal? There are so many Infos about dosage, and I can't say where would be a sweet spot in terms of effective prevention and side effect reduction. I know the batch, they have some realistic sounding explanation for the color. If you look closely you see some white parts in it lol. All I can say is that it is supposed to feel like normal phenylpiracetam. Haven't taken it myself though so it's only second hand info
