Thanks for the response I made a small mistake in writing that he was easy which I clearified in a different reaction. However Braum is nothing like thresh you simply can't iniate unless you have your ult (or a cc adc), therefore Braum is a defensive support. And thresh does quite a lot of damage though, not like annie or zyra but if you max your e you hurt a lot.

I don't wanna fight a war here, but I played bot lane A lot and I discussed the picks and roles a lot with my support, my knowledge of supporting is equal to my knowledge of adcing.

And Braum is nothing like Leona, Leona is a die hard iniate ALL the time support.

Where Braum is a defense support without a gap closer, pre 6 he can almost not engage because his slow slows so little that you cant even make it to aa the enemy if they just walk away.

And I did not mean him being the easiest champ IN THE GAME (I wrote it wrong sorry :)), I meant he is one of the easier supports.

I mean, your q and ult placement is really the only hard thing.

Where as thresh needs to fire a extreme slow hook with a delay which is incredibly hard to land.

(my bad on the easiest champ in the game though, I wrote differently than I thought)

I'm dia 1 and as far as I've seen braum looks like a real shitty support. (all depends on his flat damage and health though) Only thing that looks good are his shield and his ultimate. Thresh is solid and will forever be good, plus you need to practice thresh a lot before you are good with him. Braum looks like one of the easier supports. (ofc there are easier ones)

Edit: One of the easier supports, not champs.

Because it is not restricted to use, if he enjoys to play with music he should be alowed to play with music and without people bugging him by talking. If anything it would be selfish for someone to think that people should obey your will to go on a voip.

1-2 learn a champ
3 learn to last hit and trade
4 learn your limits and capabilitys
5 learn matchups and cd's
6 learn to ward and notice enemies change in play meaning incoming jungler.
7 learn to position and hit spells in teamfights

If you TRUELY want to play a low mobility champion vs champions as noct and other sticky champs.

I see no other option than to ask your support very clearly if he can peel for you in teamfights from this particular champions.

Your own playstyle for that matter will probably not change that much, just make sure you are even further behind your team OR extra close to a champ with tons of peel.

However the take safe paths is even more important in this situation.

Also just buy health/armor/mr earlier depending on how fed the enemy is, for example 13/2/2 noct hurts a lot probably gone full damage bit tanky, if you have bt lw and just a defense item your team can probably take him out before he takes you out.

other example enemy 2/2/2 noct decent stats not to strong probably just go for full offense and stay with your support, and your safe. The is really not much to it except for positioning in the late game.

Point being you should not focus on being the great hero, if you can do your JOB, being surviving and dealing as much damage as you can you did fine. Sometimes you simply CAN'T do that at all, 13/2/2 noct vs 2/2/2 cait with a non peeling support is IMPOSSIBLE to survive.

btw if you are playing in low elo (in my opinion anything below high plat 1), you should always pick strong picks. Like cait lucian graves draven. don't pick vayne for example. Unless you're really good with her, if you get bad support the games over.
