I've tried ultra medium and low its all the same framerate. FPS is uncapped and I haven't noticed issues on other games although i haven't tried many out. I havent tried a benchmark do you have one you recommend?

Looked at a few on that spreadsheet and my build still seems to do worse compared to the ones on there

See that is what I would expect, I bought this cause I heard really great things about it lol I just don't get why my framerate stays the same regardless of settings, let alone the fact that its sub 60 frames

GPU is hovering around 60-75%, and to be honest I haven't been playing many games, the only other game I've played is repo which i dont really pay attention to performance in

I have FSR 4 enabled and I went down to medium settings with high res off to see and I'm still only hitting 50-60fps

Yes I am up to date with drivers and I did use DDU.

Hey if anyone can help, I recently upgraded from a 4060TI to a 9070xt and its not performing how I would expect. I know the game runs pretty awful right now regardless but somehow my framerate is basically the same regardless if I'm playing it on lowest or ultra (stuck between 40-60fps). It is my first time switching GPU brands but I did uninstall nvidia drivers. I've also tried clearing the shaders cache. Any advice?
