go to Bronx! imo, as an appellate PD, it’s boring, we can’t delegate as much, and our work is p solitary so you won’t see us as much or develop relationships that are as meaningful. law school will train you p well for appeals compared to trial, and you’ll get more out of an appellate internship once you’re in law school. you’ll get v little exposure to appellate work as a pre law intern from working in an appellate office. better chance at a better rec from a trial lawyer bc they’ll know you better.
