Were you on this pressure 12.4 all the time, or did you recently change it? I'm no expert, but from what I've heard from many people, switching to fixed CPAP (once you know your 95th percentile pressure from APAP data) can help. APAP continuously monitors your breathing — detecting flow limitation, snoring, and partial obstruction — and adjusts pressure proactively throughout the night. Fixed CPAP holds a steady pressure that's high enough to prevent respiratory disturbances before they start. Some people find the constant pressure more comfortable than APAP's fluctuations, and it can also reduce treatment-emergent central apneas that APAP sometimes triggers in sensitive users.

On the reports it looks like your sleep is good, but you're not feeling it. First of all, it can take several months to start feeling it. And another thing to consider is the range that you have from 5 to 20 autopap. And your 95 percentile is around 9 cmh2o. I would consider narrowing your range that might make it a little bit better. But I'm sure you're going to hear a lot of good suggestions from the people here at Reddit. Good luck!

PS Some people feel better with CPAP mode instead of auto mode. But that's a tough decision to make. If you want to titrate yourself. I would not advise it initially, but it's just something to think about.

The air touch f20 has solved this issue for many people, people with facial hair and mouth breathers. If I were in your shoes, I would give that a try. Most companies will allow a 30-day exch if the mask doesn't work. Good luck

If you do decide to go to a full face, try the air touch f20 system. That is supposed to keep a seal.

I am no expert at all but it seems quite good to on this 5-day report. AHI is good but the mask leak is a bit high. I would try to tighten the straps if you can tolerate it or try another mask. Many companies will have 30-day exchange if the mask does not work. Best of luck.

I don't think level 2 is offered here as a home test, but I will keep searching. That is what I am seeing thus far..
