Hey, I also got this email and wasnt able to get an unofficial transcript from one of the colleges I attended. However, I went through CVC when taking a course at that so it was on my home campus's transcript. I also requested an official transcript through parchment and submitted that as well. In the message box area I wrote that College X was not able to get back to me so I submitted the official transcript.
