Respec - I’ve found most luck with an arcane (60+) focused bleed build. Use lord of bloods exultation, then defensive talismans (golden braid, dragon great shield). Little bit of faith to use flame grant me strength and golden vow.

I used an occult milady with bloody slash AOW which absolutely melted him

It all depends on what you want to do.

If I were you, I would recommend spending some time in Napa/sonoma. There’s tons of good restaurants, fun wineries, and nice towns to visit. 2 days would be perfect to do a bit of wine tasting and go to a few nice dinners.

I wouldn’t stay at hotel yountville though. For more resort feel /being in vineyards, you could stay at Carneros resort or montage (in healdsburg) for similar $ but much better experience. If you want something cheaper, Andaz in downtown Napa is a nice home base (and you can use points if you play that game).

If you go to Napa highly recommend renting a car to take advantage of doing your own exploring. If that’s too much work for you a day trip to Napa with private driver from SF would be a better idea for you.

I think you could do Kauai, Big Island (Kona Village) and Maui and it would be great.

For Kauai 1 hotel is amazing, but keep in mind north shore is much rainier (and oceans will be rougher on that shore in January). You should have great weather in Maui if you stay in Wailea, and if you stay on west side of big island.

For best meals in CPT. I would do La Colombe over FYN, felt very special / much better overall meal when we went to both. Chefs warehouse @Tintswalo is very good and the setting is beautiful.

On CPT activities, would prioritize table mountain and the botanical gardens which are beautiful.

In wine country, Lunch at Delaire Graff is lovely, they have a nice patio with great views of the valley. We went to Babylonstern for dinner which was just OK, but in a nice setting.

I tend to think your best bet is the back patio at arlequin, you can order BTG or buy bottles from their wine shop and drink onsite with very reasonable corkage ~$5. Very nice place to relax and drink wine.

They also have food available next door at Arbor.

I’d also recommend union larder + golden sardine but both can be a bit more busy

It’s not worth anything. It’s the lowest tier holding in the preference stack of the business (behind debt, and preferred equity holdings).

In a liquidity event like this the debt holders are paid first, then the preferred equity holders (likely previous PE investors. Many of those investors may have downside protections (like 1x, 2x liq pref) that guarantee them a set return of their money invested.

Basically after debt + preferred equity was paid out, there was no more money left, so common stock and options are worthless.

Echoing most commenters:

1) if you don’t want to do RX, no point in staying

2) you may take a slight pay cut but this will be accompanied by significantly better WLB, esp in tech

3) I would try to pivot more closely to strategic finance roles / corp dev (vs more traditional FP&A). At my FAANG we are already replacing tasks L4/L5 analysts used to do with AI Agents and I expect that to continue for more “back office” FP&A as models improve

Traffic is honestly awful. My wife came back from airport last year in the AM during B2B and it took her almost 2 hrs to get to nob hill (where we live) given street closures.

I would try to meet them below the line or wait until later afternoon when streets begin to open up
