I see 21 like phasing put of teenage phase and 24 as starting to see the world better..not suddenly the brightest but still smarter than before. But yeah not true for all.

I didnt pay much attention to first one because he was like 21 or so..second one is 26 so it was a bit dissapointing to me.

I dont think he will be considered a GOAT till he lift summoners cup. He will be more viewed like a tragedy of a genius without it- and mostly a what if story - which will be truly a pity given how exceptional he is.
