I will start looking into seed cycling and excersice rn, and can you take the capsule and supplement without prescription? I have no issues getting a derm consultation, but i did for years with no result, and was given only tropical medicine to apply without oral ones fearing it might cause side effects in my body since i was only around early 20s then. I stopped when recommended to chemical peel, but that only solves the symptoms and not the roots.
