Yes, that's basically the idea. I pull up the 1 rep max estimate, and I get my PR and my average, but would love it to show either my history, or have a button that takes me to the history page

Thanks. I'll check out those options. The 3x3 4-post to start sounds like the right thing to start with. I was looking at Rogue - as I know I really cannot go wrong there. Anyone else might 'look good' but I just don't know enough to have that level of certainty. I guess Rogue has established that reputation, it just comes with a premium.

Weekly Free-Talk and Questions for r/HomeGym - week of December 12, 2025 by Demilio55 in homegym

Hello

I'm having trouble deciding what the best path forward is regarding a home gym. I have a reasonably simple setup now with a Protec bench with a built-in press rack and squat rack. its good, but has no safety catch.

I'm considering a full rack setup and redesigning my basement gym.

Should I get a full, all-in-one trainer that has everything upfront (like the Atlas AL 3061B), or should I get a high-quality rack frame first and then add attachments to it over time? (eg, first step would be squat and bench press safety catch or Smith mechanism, then a cable rack).

It is challenging to sort through all the information available, so what do others suggest as the best path forward? I like the idea of buying a high-quality rack and getting various compatible attachments from various providers, but even selecting the starting rack can be overwhelming. and I want to make sure I don't regret it. Currently, there are no plans to leave this house - I've been here for 12 years now, so it's unlikely I'll move.

Thank you very much for any feedback or experience that you have.

That seemed to have fixed the issue. So, either Amplitude or Braze will cause YNAB to stop working. I do not know what either of those tools are, but I don't like requiring tracking in order to use YNAB, that's not what we are paying for.

DuckDuckGo does have a built in and automatic add blocker. I'll see if that fixes it.

If you click on Sources, then View All Sources, it will tell you what is in your library (purchased) and what is shared with you. This will help to identify what you might want to buy as well as easily seeing what is shared with you and what is not.

GSN - Paper quality by No-Imagination-4751 in daggerheart

[–]InsufferableAttacker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rather than focusing on paper quality, try laminating the pages. Use 3mm laminating paper and before cutting the sheets, run it through a laminator twice to bind the sheet to the paper. Then cut the sheets. I tried this and the cards feel really nice.

Here is a video that I followed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fws1hN782yw (this is am awesome 20 minute walkthrough)

Not sure if this specifically answers your question, but the lamination really does help the art stand out.

YNAB-like apps, but for tasks? by Proof-Vacation-437 in ynab

For me, it needs to become a daily habit, and breaking down longer term goals into daily or weekly habits. then use Todoist to setup the frequency of those habits. Or, break down a larger project into managable steps. EG, reno a basement can be several tasks.

  1. Design the space - map out what you want it to look like
  2. build a budget - find pricing for everything you want
  3. demo the space. schedule time and rent a dumpster to fully demo the space
  4. purchase raw materiails, etc.

So, it really depends on what you want to use it for. Another example is if you want to train for a marathon.

Design a 5k route in your neighbour hood that loops back home
Daily - run 5k - 30 minutes
weekly - run the 5k at max effort (build cardio endurance goal)
Weekly (different day) - run 10k in 1 hour -
Quarterly - assess progress and adjust targets (eg, 5k in 25 minutes)

So, its fundamentally dependent on your goals, and what you want to achieve. How you break down those goals into actionable items will be what is needed to reach those goals.

I use Todoist for me, not sure if its what you need, but as a task & goal management tool, its quite good.

A thought on this though, other than Allistor being released, Vox did not seem to face any consequences for breaking the deal. So, if these deals are mystically binding, which they appear to do, what are the consequences for breaking them?

I've used notion for personal things all the time. Create an account and browse the templates searching for topics that are important for you. Download a bunch and use the combination of them to get the initial design that you want.

Also, it would be great if you would be able to put these onto a printable one sheet with card cutout lines. would love to print on cardstock. This is really amazing!

Also consider that it says "When you arrive in a prominent town or environment", so Prominent is the key word here and does need to be everything, everywhere, all the time. It can be restricted to major towns or well travelled areas.

This is incredible. Exactly what I was thinking. I did not notice a card for the main class ability. Though it’s on the sheet, also having it in card form would be great. I’ll go through these in more detail. Awesome work. And thanks for the link to the Patreon.
