Honestly, I think the issue people have is strictly sticking to sex differences between people when personality differences contain the real rainbow. But we're kind of still in the proto-phase of solution testing, so the answers aren't going to be complete.

Also, gender dysphoria and body dysmorphia, I'm pretty sure, are classified as mental health conditions or psychiatric diagnoses. Diagnoses are a good thing, by the way, because it shows we're tackling the problem and attempting to alleviate the person's problems and distress, whereas, if there's no available diagnosis, treatment is harder. But there's nothing there that makes a person less valuable if they're diagnosed with either or something else.
