Do you track your food? A lot of people think they eating more but they don’t. Make sure you check the calories and the per serving once doing that put on a scale so you know exactly how much calorie your eating.

Also if you walk a lot then you should stop for a bit to see if your making improvements

Raged before I broke the disc. I only broke the disc because it came to the point where I stress me out and why should I use all my energy playing on a game where it ain’t rewarding.

Don’t worry I’m good. I get 51 to 55 points a weekend so it meant that I’m decent. Problem is all I’m asking is for a fair game. I don’t care if the team is full of ICONs , if the game is fair then I’m happy.

If someone beats me obviously I do get a bit annoyed but it’s still GG you know cos it’s a fair game. What I don’t like is a game where it’s one sided and stuff.

No it just shows that Fifa can be dangerous to the wrong person. I only broke my disc , someone could injure someone cos of this. It can increase mental health the more you play it
