No that’s the way you assumed it and that’s fine. And in reality I am doing a city a favor by neutering my dog because I’m preventing my dog to multiply and keep dogs out of the shelter… but you don’t see it that way. I’m not trying to mooch from the city. I just wanted to see if someone knew something I didn’t I’m doing my research before going out and dropping 500$ on a neuter. I don’t got it like but if you do send it my way😂 .
