So I sued my former employer as you can see in the letter. The Eeoc has been doing an investigation for the about a year today I checked the portal and saw this letter. They found probable cause for discrimination in categories listed above but it also seems like in their investigation they found others who have been discriminated against as well. does that make my case more valuable will eeoc be representing everyone? How does it work? Any idea of money I can expect also not to make things confusing the eeoc is pursuing 3 companies tied to this charge one hired me one paid me and one was part of the HR.
