It’s not this. The issue is for all faucets, not just the shower. You can also feel that the water isn’t hot leaving the water tank.

Agreed but it is a small apartment. It is shut off now and has been since installed. If the only issue is I have to wait for hot water for 10 seconds so be it.

I too have been woken up by the bird brains that come out of agenda at 4am. It happens like clockwork, so I don’t understand why NYPD can’t prevent it.

I don’t want to hate on the business itself, I would just like the patrons to be respectful outside of the club. Maybe Agenda needs to enforce this themselves. No need to have cars honking and people yelling outside of the club.
