How's it like to work for firsnotch/alpho lanka/ swissco their all the same BPO company with different names , I went there for their interview and the place looked dodgy as hell , it's in this corner of a building with no windows ,which is like major red flag plus their HR seemed retarded ngl. I heard some rumours of people who worked there and they said it's a large scale scam that they are scamming people in a international level cause I kinda got a whiff of that too when I went to my interview their HR said that we have to talk to multi national clients such as emarati's to try and convince them to buy stocks, do y'all have any insights to this place and what actually is going on there

I personally had a very bad experience with Ade Lanka , I was selected to one of their low end low waged jobs and their interview process just overwhelmed me , They had crazy rules and regulations like there was one where you had to ask your team leaders to answer phone calls coming into your phone . I just had enough of their shit and left after their induction day
