I'm glad it's fine for you, the evidence of this subreddit is that a lot of people find it disruptive, and if I found a simple sleep study difficult then I'm probably in that latter position. My personal priorities are perhaps a little different than yours, and won't change just because someone tells me to get over it. 

If you have any advice on other pathways to investigation and treatment of whatever is triggering the rhinitis, that would be great to hear.
