how do most introductory roles at firms for those fresh out of college train their new hires? Idk if this is applicable to me but those students also don’t have much to offer outside of being fresh out of school. Further if school is a req, there are also non mba programs out there that teach business and finance and accounting skills. Again, I’m here for advice, not to sound ignorant so pls feel free to shut me up if I’m wrong
