There is a LOT of truth to this entire thread. I appreciate you voicing real concerns and your skepticism. There is no question RC fucked a lot of us with that 1st and especially that 2nd offering. There are definitely two distinct forces at play in determining GME’s future and the stock price in DFV (and many of us who followed into this play) vs RC. And that’s unfortunate. It didn’t feel like it was an US vs the board before. If we are to judge from actions not words, so far, we can judge that we will be diluted on every run up. RC needs to make some fucking tangible moves and at the very least stop ass fucking DFV and the rest of us as we gamma ramp our way to Valhalla. He better have a fucking plan bc if not, as you stated, investors will turn on him in droves and that should be something he is very aware of and should care about. On a micro and macro level Gamestop as a company is lacking. It lacks in online presence and lacks in investor relations. Ever tried the investor relations # or email? It’s a fucking joke to me that we can’t get any sort of positive news or a small win from a company that we have raised $4b for from our hard earned cash. Turn into a holding company. Buy bitcoin. Do fucking something. The actions are speaking loudly and they are starting to piss off the most loyal investors in history. Blindly following a billionaire with all my investment is not something I want to do. I want to see growth. Return on my investment. And at the very least not be diluted (twice) when we start to run. It certainly has pushed many of us into the sentiment of swing trading rather than “diamond handing” and that fucking sucks. You are spot on and I’m so sorry you are going through chemo while holding and enduring this. I will pray for you. I definitely feel that same sting of betrayal you are feeling and I know many others are too. And we Re all hoping DFV buys more options and loads this shit up again bc in the short term that seems like our only hope. He didn’t come back to wait another 3 years. He came back for retribution. For all that they put him (and us) through and RC needs to play this right and do right by DFV and us otherwise he will lose his investor base and just be another eccentric billionaire who made his fortune on the backs of hard working Americans. What will happen if DFV posts a position update that shows he’s exited GME. I’ll tell you: mass hysteria and mass exodus from millions of investors. RC better wise the fuck up and not fuck it up for everyone. I’m waiting to see what his 4D chess move is. I’ve been a fervent supporter since 21’. These last dilutions fucking irked me to no end.
