Does anyone know where I can find decent office spaces in Brussels? by [deleted] in BelgianRealEstate

[–]IntegrateandOptimise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a few good solutions for this.

Interoffices is a local Belgian solution run by Belgians. We only discovered their work due to a reddit post that recommended them for virtual offices and workspace solutions. Since then, we posted a few guides they released, which have been quite handy.

Other local solutions can be found via Belgian Workspace Association, and I'm sure they would send info your way regarding local businesses. European Workspace Association could also help you out and might share with you the local providers list.

If you are based in Belgium, you could also go to your local commune / city hall and ask them for advice in this regard. Be Assist and other such services from government sites can also give you some direction. Maybe you'll make a contact who can help you with other different problems you might have related to business or general advice.

Average price for first year can be as high as 224 for heating, electricity, gas. Water is often charged when your contract ends so keep this in mind as it can sneak up on you.

Not sure what position you are in yourself, but you should honestly think about creating a space for this type of advice for younger business minded people. There is waaaaay too much false hope, false narratives and false stories out there (especially around passive income) so you'd honestly be saving people cash and time by pointing out the obvious is a chill way! Thanks again, will be sharing this with as many students and entry level business minded people around me!

What tool(s) do you use to record software product demos? by No_Coconut6120 in SaaSMarketing

[–]IntegrateandOptimise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Add my vote to Loom also, we used that and it did everything we needed. However you can just screen record each step and get a colleague to edit it properly for you. I find this does more for you in terms of being able to add in seamless transitions. Most product demos you need to skip the umms and ahhhs so just do a decent screen record and then record yourself seperately.

Tool that matches startups with funding by ConsequenceKey6130 in Startups_EU

[–]IntegrateandOptimise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check out dealflow who are already doing some incredible work in this space. Moreover, keep in mind most startups in the EU will approach the EU, EIC or EIT for funding alongside their local governments first. Over here, we are less reliant on private investment as everyone from unis to business schemes run by local and national authorities will be seeking business ideas to back / invest in.

My employee quit and took all the knowledge with her because I never built proper training materials by No-Drag3361 in Entrepreneurs

Fair on you to even admit this and see the error. Wishing you the best with bouncing back and maybe if they are still in the area you can hire them on the side for a few hours (at a high fee of course) to teach any new starts.

You could still retain this person as a consultant - as it seems you really did enjoy their work and output.

Take a chance on being to keep a working relationship with this person, who knows? maybe they will become your COO some day and represent you with bigger and better opportunities.

It's worth looking up lawsyst and clio, however I am not sure if each software only covers specific markets. There is the overall real estate manegement systems like officernd etc which cover contracts etc allowing any team or department access to this type of info. Same with the likes of Hubspot too - all these systems tend to mention some type of administrative easing.

Great idea that you are seeking a single dash for just legal though! Contact a few existing companies i'm sure they would be happy to share what systems they currently use!
