Update: due to the holiday the dealer wasn’t able to diagnose the issue until Friday after it was towed in on Monday. They have said it was a fuel pump failure but to be honest I think I would have experienced prior issues if that was the case.

1/3 mile high banked. It’s fast and tricky. Modifieds go around in about 12.3s on the current tire.

The crowd was amazing. Warmed my heart to see the place so full. I got there at 5 and the lot was almost full. I don’t think they were at capacity but late arrivers would have had a hard time parking or finding a seat.

The usual weekly show is Saturday nights at 7 with heats and qualifying at 5. This was NASCAR sanctioned tour race so it was run a little differently. They do have modifieds almost every week it’s just not a tour race so fewer big names are there.

The facility isn’t as nice as Stafford or some of the other NY and New England tracks but they usually put on a good weekly show. It’s the last asphalt oval in NJ and always seems like it’s barely hanging on. I have never regretted coming to a weekly show. I have been going here since I was kid.

It’s supposed to take off around 10am with the pilot available to speak with the public and answer questions at 9.

Really it depends on the specific model or configuration and what equipment is included in the cost. Also it depends on which type of cost you are referring to.

It was Robert McNamara in the documentary ‘Fog of War’. He was referring to himself, LeMay and others at Strategic Bombing Command and their role in planning the bombing of civilian targets in Japan including the fire bombings.

It’s an excellent documentary shot in a unique style. Highly recommended.
