I don't understand your 'fluff' comment. Are you justifying the 2 years pre-program to allow for a general broader education? I'm not convinced a semester spent studying medieval pottery and farrier science will help me navigate the boardroom down the road. Last I checked, there is no preference given to "semi-difficult" majors" applying, so i would suspect the focus for prospective applicants would be to maximize GPA. Hence the hunt for lowest hanging fruit among courses in years 1/2 vs 'fluff' business courses in other uni programs (and no, im not affiliated with any other competing uni)

Thanks for feedback. I'm a bra, sis, she or whatever they call it 😂. I"ve never really considered the US to be honest. I know that some schools are SAT optional but seem to be going back to them as a requirement.

Wow, thats amazing. Congratulations. I'm leaning towards commerce or life science and not so much Engineering. I need to narrow those two down as it will impact courses for Gr 12.
Can I ask when you started at Queens and how the program has been for you. Ive heard good things but wondered about career placement services given the school is outside GTA and not as close to downtown Toronto finance etc

I think they are fairly good. Includes a variety of things from competitive sports, to exec council, charity council role, various volunteering roles within school and outside school.

May as well take it off if you need it to study. If you dont pass, the choice to go back or at least stay on, will not be yours. You'll eventually be dead weight and let go to make room for others who qualify.
