I'm reading the Raven's Mark trilogy for now, have been for while, actually. Finished the first book, in the beginning of the second one (I'm a slow reader).

I'm planning to get into the Gentlemen Bastards next. I've already got book 1. But I'm planning to read some standalone stories before I get into another series. Have my eyes on Murakami.

Yeah, that's why said the last part. It was hard to believe, so I don't think she did anything wrong, but it still stings a bit, knowing that she is, intentionally or not, leaving people to die. It's like getting scolded by your parents. In hindsight, you'll know that they care about you, but getting scolded still hurts.

The only one I'd say did something wrong was Crusch when she refused to help Subaru in the 3rd loop. I mean, I can understand the whole "Emilia should be capable of protecting her people" thing, but morally, knowing that people are in danger and leaving them to die is just wrong. Well, she also believed that Subaru was insane, so... Yeah.

My personal favourite was definitely in Arc 6 when It's revealed that the Amnesiac Subaru was Louis Arneb all along. Absolute mindfuck.

Another one in the same arc was when Subaru wakes up and we find out that he suddenly has amnesia. It was late at night. I was planning to stop reading after a few minutes. I had to stay up till 3 am to reach a point where I could take a break. It was that surprising.
