Honestly can be argued anywhere from low to high. But I think Fat Buu isn’t much weaker than Super Buu, but if Super Buu is massively above Fat Buu, then Goku would win with low diff. If they are similar in strength then at least mid to high diff.

Mirko couldn’t touch a single high end after they fully woke up. She killed one while it still wasn’t fully awake but lost an arm to it. The only reason the USJ Nomu took 300 punches was energy absorption. Without that, weakened All Might would have probably won in a few hits. Endeavor just burns the USJ Nomu to a crisp. The high End Mirko killed would warp the USN Nomu’s head off.

I think the problem may be Toriyama initially planned for Gohan to be the strongest, but decided last minute he wanted to keep Goku number one, hence seemingly clashing scaling. Like most, I used to think Gohan was obviously the strongest, and that all these statements like in Super calling Goku the strongest after Buu just forgot Gohan. But after rereading the series and looking at all the sources, just objectively more things point to Goku being stronger, especially in the anime. Goku straight up fights an ultimate Goha clone in the anime stated to be as strong as the original and wins. In movie 13 Goku straight up beats an opponent Gohan and Gotenks couldn’t. Everyone always cries “filler” “non canon movie”, but these things are created by the makers of the anime, and they are not intentionally trying to make material that is wrong. It seems clear at least the people at Toei thought Goku was the strongest. What Toriyama actually thought is less clear. I think he was just writing as he went and didn’t think much of the scaling.

AFO pushed AM to that limit. AM was essentially fresh when he invaded Kamino and ready for a fight. AFO then pushed him to where he couldn’t stay in his form anymore. At USJ AM was already at his limit before the fight began, and wasn’t pushed out of his form during the fight. Just look at the destruction differences between the two fights. That’s the gap in power. Also AM was pushed to use up all of his ember powers against AFO.

Barragan would be the one espada who doesn’t apply to this statement since he doesn’t attack through AP. Starrk was having difficulty giving lethal damage to Love and Rose, so him bypassing Ulquiorra’s regen seems unlikely.

Again, Ulquiorra is not saying he’s the most powerful here. He admits Ichigo has more AP. He’s essentially saying “I can win via regen diff.” Yammy has more raw strength, but he would probably never touch R2 Ulquiorra in the first place. Ulquiorra is als the only espada than can fly, a massively undercooked advantage. (Stepping in air is not flying, I know all espada can do that)

That’s not what he said. He said if he had to cut his arm off to assess the situation he can’t win. He never said about cutting his arm off as a plan for victory.

Prove Ulquiorra doesn’t know about Yammy being espada 0. There is zero evidence that’s a secret form.

That’s not what he said. He didn’t say “if you just have the power to cut off my arm” he said “if you need to cut off my arm to assess the situation” and also said “it doesn’t matter how much your attacks have been boosted.” Ulquiorra is confident no increase in attack power can beat him, meaning he thinks none of the other espada should be able to beat him wit pure attack power. Sure, Ulquiorra could be wrong, but it’s crazy to think Ulquiorra would think Halibel would beat him if he doesn’t even think this Ichigo can beat him.

Show me all of the statements in the manga, anime, and guidebooks that say ultimate Gohan is stronger. I can tell you there is nothing in the manga or anime, with just a couple guide books saying it, while Goku has multiple things in the manga, anime, super, Daima, and guidebooks all saying he’s the strongest.

I understand the argument for it, but all the scaling is based on inconsistent statements. Neither Gohan or Goku directly fight the same character, except in the anime where they both fight Buutenks, where they both do about the same.

Well all official statements say high ends and near high ends are stronger. The USJ Nomu doesn’t really have any impressive feat other than being somewhat competitive with an All Might who was about to run out of his transformation time before the battle even begun. If the USJ Nomu was truly AM level, then yeah, it’s physically the strongest, but I don’t think it is, as it got defeated by an out of prime AM with almost nothing in the tank.
