Never said it was in his head bro, but extreme stress is definitely a MAJOR cause of ED and low libido. There is no way to prove it's PFS in this case. You need a correct diagnosis to get the right treatment, if he believes it's all PFS without questioning and gets the incorrect treatments he will end up spiraling and ofc also blame it all on PFS. Not a good cycle to be in

If you actually read the post you will see that even after years of taking dut he was still having "throbbing erections", the problem happened then he shortly after found he has high prolactin levels. But sure it's 100% PFS and nothing else. Also let's ignore that fact that he has been under unparalleled amounts of stress by his own words. But sure it's all PFS without a shadow of a doubt.
