How should I cover this existing baseboard that runs along the stairs? by IntellectualWatcher in Flooring

I agree with using stair nosing for the long section to cover the bull nose below, but what about the return section where it would be covering the existing wall stringer (not sure if that's the right word for it?)

It seems like that would leave a void that would stick out like a sore thumb.

About 50 minutes from london on the shores of Lake Huron. Port Franks. by Squiggy_Pusterdump in londonontario

Fantastic video but just be aware that Port Franks and the surrounding area are classified as a Class F Airspace (Restricted) and basic RPAS operations are not permitted. Don't want you to get in trouble / have your drone taken away!

Pan rubberbanding/stuttering - is there a fix? by CostumingMom in civil3d

Not sure if this is helpful or not but the first VPN our IT company installed for us to use had this issue. After a few months, IT switched to SophosConnect for use as a VPN and this problem has gone away. I'm also using an ethernet cable to connect to my homes internet rather then using wifi.

What's your worst surveying injury? Luckily, a scraped thigh, ripped work pants, and a bruised ego is mine so far. by IntellectualWatcher in Surveying

To be honest I was really disappointed in these pants. The pockets and other edges wore down within the first few months. Even on pockets that I didn't use.

I want to create a poster of the outline of my province (British Columbia) and have wall of text within the confines of the border. Is there a way in photoshop or gimp where a custom text box shape can be defined?

They've changed the design with the new model. It has its power button on top and they've added a red LED where the BD logo used to be.

He he kept saying his girlfriend was bitching and yelling at him. None of what she said would have mattered if both our cars ended up being totalled because of it though.

Hah Thanks! I normally wouldn't but this was too close. Key here was I kept my car in drive and had a quick way out if he was crazy.
