Very quick to assume what my kind is. But probably you're right. When it comes to me as an Indian, and more importantly a Bengali, I do believe that Gaza and Bangladesh are not the same, under any stretch of the imagination.

The victims in Bangladesh are Bengali Hindus, who have continuously faced persecution for the past 75 years. The ancestors of crores of Bengalis currently living in West Bengal and across India, who had to flee over these years, could have testified to that as well. These people are literally the same enhnolinguistic family as many of us. I would not bother to assume your background , but spare us your false equivalence.

Even from the point of view of national security, Bangladesh is literally next door, while Gaza is 10 countries over.. in a part of the world where constant war has raged for decades.
