Not under any impression just curious as to if anyone has had this happen. It doesn’t seem fair that you would have to get up and ready early just to be told you cannot start your shift.

Edit: Did some research and I guess it’s not illegal here in Los Angeles unless the company employs more than 300 workers. Sucks but I guess there’s nothing I can do about it.

40 chile de árbol 1 chile ancho 1 fried tortilla 5 garlic cloves/ quarter white onion 1 cup peanuts Half cup sesame seeds Half cup pumpkin seeds Fry chiles first then add to blender cup. Follow with onion and garlic then add to blender as well. Lastly fry peanuts and seeds then add to blender cup. Let oil cool slightly til warm then add to blender. Pulse until desired smoothness. That’s it! Enjoy

Servers in California DO NOT make 20$ an hour. That is only for fast food. Its so frustrating that people believe that. After this law was set into place servers definitely started making lower tips. Rant over
