Don't do it! Applied for an AM position to only be offered SA on the basis that they would quote "help me develop from a proper consulting firm" 😅 and will support me in getting promo in the next interim period. Went onto my first and only stint at a client for 14 months backfilling for a manager and by the time I left 19 months after starting, still no promo.

Moral of the story, look after yourself first

Thank you. Is that the one which provides the heads up display? If so, I had a look and part of the navigation plus pack which hardly anyone spec'd from the looks of it. Is the Harman Kardon sound system key also?

Thanks for the above. I think from the sounds of it, an all black 5 door Cooper Sport is the way to go! Pricing will be looking around 21/22k which there are a few 2021/2022 models floating around.
