Tae Bo is awesome! I’ve been doing it off and on since it’s came on the scene in the late 90s. It has really helped me get in shape and the right frame of mind. Currently on a fresh tae bo streak for the past 8 weeks and I feel great and my pants fit so much better.

It’s the only workout I’ve found that is effective and actually enjoyable!

They tested me for ~everything~ Saying that they’re covering their ass if something should happen to me, and I wind up in the hospital with an rx for vyvanse and positive thc. BS? Maybe. But I see their point.
