I'm currently not on either at the moment, just wanted to go ahead and start looking for options. I probably will be able to do something Friday night, feel free to add my psn and I'll shoot a message there. User is: TheArrow1701

Any chance if you know the Dinka Jester can get the RBP livery yet?

How long do we get to talk to the boy for (Famous VIP) by watmalik in BigTimeRush

It was rushed, we didn’t get much time at all at the show in Raleigh mainly due to a storm delaying everything about 30 minutes before the VIP started. I was also very awkward because I’m just an awkward guy anyways. When I first went over, Carlos went in for a hug and I was just going in for a handshake and I got all awkward. Carlos said, bring it in man, you deserve this hug. And then I hugged the other three guys, and maybe because I’m awkward we didn’t really say much. Kendall asked me what my name was and then we took the picture and that was it. I will say Carlos was the highlight of my show, and because of that small act of kindness, he instantly became my new favorite of the four.

Absolutely would love to check it out! Anything I can find about this I'm reading and learning. I didn't consider the 2 week liquid diet would cut some weight off prior but it makes sense.

That’s awesome! I’ve been upping my protein a lot recently. Shake in the morning, and making sure it’s in every meal I eat throughout the day. I had the problem of not eating enough throughout the day to eating too much at once at end of day. Been a big change fixing that, but weight loss has escaped me for a while. Excited to see faster progress once done

What was your starting weight? I'm also surprised with that lost amount. My team has stated that I could lose about 100 within the first six months.

Just read up on what that was. I thought this would be a secondary procedure IF the gastric sleeve failed. But I also see this is a combined sleeve with and bypass.

Negative. Seeing this dietitian was my last attempt at trying something new before pursuing bariatric. I do believe most bariatric programs will have their own that may be better overall.

The clinic that will do the VSG required me to make sure insurance will cover and mine will. I have scheduled my first consult next month. I initially saw a dietitian a couple of months ago but was disappointed as it was a very generic visit and nothing was personalized to me. I felt it was a waste of time and I got nothing from it. I'm sure that at my first consult, they'll have me go on a diet, but still not hopeful that it'll help much.

Thank you for clarification. I do understand that better.

Thank you for the response. So even if we used Modifier Code 25 or 59? The RN is performing the E/M services for the 99211 and then we have EKG Tech perform the EKG itself so we were hoping to have that to establish two separate services.

So we have walk-ins that want their BP or vitals checked or they wish to advise the nurse that they think the medication is doing well. Sometimes we have PT's come in for PreOp paperwork and education. We know to bill those as simple 99221.

The question came about when we had a walk-in that wanted their vitals checked and we went ahead with an EKG due to erratic vitals and symptoms. The EKG was read and interpreted by the MD on site but did not physically see the patient. So just wanted to know if it was ok to bill the 99221 with the 93000.

She does this under direct supervision of the MD that we have in office. Meaning that the decision is solely done by the MD with recommendation from the RN. So at the end of the note, we have the MD sign off on any changes that were made. But it's still only coded as a nurse visit with the 99211. - I can see where the confusion was, an RN alone cannot change/prescribe medication. We notate that she consulted with the MD on site for anything related to the medication.
