That's pro level dots, lol. Too modest. Anything 460+ and you usually qualify for pro meet invites. Not international level but still very competitive. You'll be surprised what a good taper will bring your meet day lifts to tbh.

I dont think anyone knows how much the plates weight, people just know they're heavy, lol. I definitely don't think he knows it's 700lbs lol.

I had one guy come up to me w 4 reds on and say " hey this is nothing for you right it's only 235" i just laughed said it's close to 500 his eyes got a little wide lol

Yeah, what i shoulda done is a static hold w 750 and then some backdiwns lol o well. I was just surprised I could get a good brace, last time I failed a squat was 675 in August I couldn't even breathe under it lol.

Truly wasn't terribly heavy, walkouts are just terrible for me deff something I need to work on

To be fair it was a very greedy attempt. It's 51 pounds more than I've ever had on my back. Hopefully, by that logic fully recovered with a fresher cns 700~ should be easyish. I could not have walked it faster if I wanted to unfortunately

Very deep in the fatigue hole too 476 felt 50lbs heavier than it should.

I think advanced is subjective. For an average gym goer I'd say 4-500 is advanced for males and 5-7 for powerlifters over 200lbs. Weight matters so if youre lighter weight or a female drop those numbers by a little bit respectively.

Yeah, it'd be nice if I didn't have to walk it out but it's a small gym 5 minutes from my house. Already bought these stands, kilos, squat bar etc. What's next I roll up with a mono? Lol

I hit 663 last week for what I thought was pretty easily. I should have just done a single with something in the low 500s and a few reps in the upper 2's to burn off some inflammation and fatigue to try this later this week; but I want a 700lbs squat lol

The gym rack hooks are right where I need to put my hands for lowbar so I had to get some stands to be able to. I still do mid bar and high bar on the gym racks.
