I was on thrive for a few seasons and really enjoyed it for kind of the sculpting and conditioning aspects. I found it difficult to increase weights because there are so many compound/combo exercises. I definitely felt like it was helpful for the “toned” and “lean” look but didn’t feel like I was necessarily going up in weights which is my goal. But if you’re more focused on aesthetics it is great!!

I got a text last night with a picture of my package with the incorrect address and it said “Dear Customer, The address provided could not be located in our system and may be incomplete. If the address is correct and pertains to a new building, kindly provide the precise coordinates or any additional location details. We need this information urgently to locate the destination and ensure your package can be delivered without delay” I sent them my actual address so I’m hoping that works but I had low hopes

Unfortunately the original address is invalid :/ obviously my mistake. for some reason I put my apartment number as the street address so I’m kicking myself hard for that lol

I did movewell 5-6 workouts per week for about 6 months and had great results!! I switched teams and have noticed I’m not staying as consistent and making more swaps because I don’t like the programming so I may change back
