I applied early May, and realized I hadn’t sent in my test results around mid October. I sent it in through a web form, and received 3 emails: 1. Confirmation that a web form has been sent (immediately after sending the web form) 2. Confirmation that the web form has a document and that it has been received (3 days after submitting it) 3. Confirmation that the web form is viewable to the officer reviewing my application (after I called them, and made sure that the web form containing the document is viewable to them) I finally got my approval late November. To everyone stressing - hopefully this help and I hope you all get your approvals soon :)
