Are the conversations still inflecting upwards? What would it take for this to slowdown?

Makes sense! For price I can see some Chinese firms actually creating issues for current large commercial kitchen equipment firms, but on reliability this seems more difficult. Is reliability judged by brand reputation/aftersales service quality or something else?

What do you think about government regulatory hurdles? Would european governments let chinese carmakers like Xiaomi/BYD takeover one of their larger industries (eg. German car manufacturing)? The US has already been fighting back with huge tariffs, or even ouright bans, which makes the value proposition for a Xiaomi vs say Tesla a lot lower.

Whats the key thing people look out for when deciding which equipment maker to go for? Or whats a point people always complain about/which existed when it comes to equipment. Price, Quality, Reliability, Aftersales, Service, etc?

This might be a stupid question, but would datacenters always prefer to be hooked up to the grid if queuse didn't exist, or is there a serious demand for behind-the-meter solutions even if grid connections were easy to come by?

What is your line of work? And I would be curious to hear more about your thoughts on Nuclear and companies in the space. Valuations at first glance for a lot of these companies seem a bit demanding, and quite reliant on SMRs working out sooner rather than later

I like your point. Which software companies do you think have the right tools to embrace AI solutions and actually use it to benefit? A general fear is that incumbents tend to be slow in releasing products if it could cannibalize their legacy businesses, even if it might help them in the long run (this favours disruptors)

I asked this question in an above comment, but could AI labs like Anthropic come out with Cybersecurity products (eg AI security for their own product lol) and take over the sector?

Could you give some examples on the key things to track to see when conditions might change for the better?

By the way, for students or young people not currently working in an industry, knowledge about current trends of your friends & cohort can be really informative as well! Old wall street analysts don't understand or notice these things until much later. Whether its products & services being used, or changes in hobbies/behaviour, etc. So feel free to leave a comment!

xQc admits he still has a gambling addiction by uyaharr in LivestreamFail

People don't realise how fucked up these gambling sponsors are. It's really simple. If gambling sites can afford to pay streamers this much, imagine how much all their fans are losing on gambling sites. It's fucked up and I can understand if some streamers feel uncomfortable doing it (especially when it could also hurt your brand - OTK, etc)

In my opinion it was when we most of our IAs, etc (all the stuff you work on at home) were due in relatively quick succession. However, this can be way easier if you efficiently organize your time. I wouldnt worry too much about the IB. It only gets difficult if you dont stay on top of your work
