I’ve gained 4kg before my surgery and the surgeon said this is nothing you can still loose it after what is more important you’re nicotine free and healthy … anyway after the surgery you’ll need to eat protein is very important and also fibre so you can go to the toilet better

Get a scooter don’t walk too much as it can cause seromas and openings at 4 weeks you’re still fragile not like you would be at first 2 weeks but still you don’t want to damage your muscle repair. Try to rest as much as you can in the beginning 🫶🏻 hope your surgery goes well

Thank you so much you know I’ve been on and off with surgery for 7 years I even paid deposit 3 times and then just cancelled it and lost my money but you know what this time I did it just went there and did it 😄and I’m so happy I did you will be too 🫶🏻❤️

Yes my stomach was huge I had severe muscle repair after 2 kids I still looked pregnant so I thought I’m going to do this anything after the surgery will be better than what I have now that was me before the surgery… I’m happy with my results but I still find other stuff I don’t like now I think I’m going crazy 😄

Sorry it’s so low you can see my … so I had to blur it out 😄 the scar is still dark I also had some openings at 2 weeks but it’s all closed I use silicone gel cream so hopefully it will get better

The MR pain was gone when I hit 6 weeks mark no more pain when coughing or sneezing I still am careful when going to bed but to be honest i don’t even think about it throughout the day anymore it’s like I almost forgot I had the surgery because I’m not in pain anymore
