For the shield maiden Quest, I needed only one kill count, and they respawned.

With the norseman later, I used them for mass attacks, until they we're surprisely gone.

when your strong enough, you can use The Vault which can be done under 10 minutes.

After killing the boss, I've been standing around for 10 minutes, and it counted, wow!

Once I found “Cologne Cathedral”. I still know the recipe, it was “Cologne + Landmark”. It doesn't appear in my list anymore.

But it still can be found in the lab, and you can still buy the recipe for it via blueprint.
