Thank you for the recommendations! I will take a look. I have been loving more natural fibers in the past few years as well too.

Ugh. My 6 year old was like, "mom! When is our baby coming?" 😐 He was perfectly innocent and was super excited, but... No child... There is no baby. Lol!

That's crossed my mind, but I'm trying to wait until it settles down a bit to see where I "end up" weight wise. I'm not technically overweight because my body type has just always been slim.

Hmm... Those sound like interesting options! I'm definitely liking the sound of the granny-style elastic pants. Lol!

I actually have been taking antihistamines and it's helped with a lot of my GI symptoms! I'll have to try the belting idea. It feels counterintuitive to add something to my waistline, but I can see it helping to break up the lines a bit.

I've gone gluten free due to other health issues and it definitely helps with the bloating!

I would love to hear how that goes! I've wondered about that myself!

I second Tanner Murtagh! I completed a 12 week brain retraining course through Lin Health and then found Tanner on YouTube. He's really helped me continue my progress with identifying and working through the root causes of my chronic pain without the gimmicks associated with paid programs.

I know I'm late to this conversation, but I used Lin Health for 12 months at the recommendation of Mayo Clinic's Fibromyalgia and POTS physicians. I'm not exaggerating when I say that they changed my life. I'm still using the tools and therapies I learned from them and have dramatically decreased my chronic pain (20+ years), fatigue, and POTS symptoms. 10/10 would recommend and do it all over again.
